It’s really great to do our part in helping the planet. * Drive sensibly. Aggressive driving (speeding, rapid acceleration and braking) wastes gasoline.

* Keep your car in good working order. Change its filters regularly, and ensure the engine is running smoothly. A properly maintained vehicle will consume less fuel.

A lot of people think that being green is a complicated thing. There’s a misconception that being green involves a lot of time and dedication. That is not necessarily true. Here are five of the easiest and many ways of being green.

1. Stop using plastic or paper bags.

Also, remove dead leaves promptly to keep them from contaminating the water. The water should be changed at least every other day, every day if possible and it is also a good idea to re-cut the flower stems but remember to once again cut them at an angle and under water.
